March of Dimes Indiana Chapter announces the availability of 2015 Community Grants. Priority will be given to projects that meet one or more of the following criteria:

2. Enhanced preconception and interconception health with risk reduction education through care programs designed to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors to prevent health problems for a mother and her future children (i.e. evidence-based risk screening, health promotion, and interventions such as addressing obesity and diabetes, smoking cessation, etc.)

Letters of Intent templates are available here.

Completed letters are due to Minjoo Morlan (mmorlan@marchofdimes.com) by June 16.
